Craig's father Brian Rushton has been in the Real Estate industry for 40+ years working in all aspects of the business from selling homes to being a broker/owner to franchise sales and now working as the Executive VP in charge of day to day operations for Century 21 Canada. Allison's mother Sandra Bannard was licensed with Century 21 and the Calgary Real Estate Board for nearly 17 years before retiring at the end of 2015.
