I get it, $150,000 listings aren’t the most glamorous nor are they the biggest commissions but when a client trusts us with their listing the price is irrelevant to the level of service they get.

This townhouse was listed with two other real estate companies for a total of 272 days before we got our shot.

We knew we needed to relaunch this home in a big way and we threw everything we could at it: amazing photos, virtual staging, a social media strategy and 3D virtual tour along with an aggressive and accurate pricing strategy.

An outstanding opportunity in one of Calgary’s favorite Inner City communities. This townhouse features 905 SqFt of incredibly functional living space on 2 levels, 2 bedrooms + den/home office, 1.5 bathrooms and 2 balconies. The main floor is finished off with a powder room and laundry.

Upstairs has vaulted ceilings throughout, the Primary Suite features a nice sized closet and access to the upper…

***NOTE: Virtual Staging is when a graphic designer edits photos of a home and adds to-scale furnishings to the photos. This is done to create a sense of scale and functionality to an otherwise empty…
