I get it, $150,000 listings aren’t the most glamorous nor are they the biggest commissions but when a client trusts us with their listing the price is irrelevant to the level of service they get.

This townhouse was listed with two other real estate companies for a total of 272 days before we got our shot.

The point of virtual staging is to catch a buyer’s attention online and get them through your front door for an in-person showing. When done properly virtual staging can transform a cold, vacant condo into an inviting space that potential buyers can envision themselves living in. When done poorly virtual staging can be deceiving...we don't want this; the worst thing that you can do as a seller or listing agent is disappoint a customer when they come for a showing. Personally, I like virtual staging especially for smaller, unique or somewhat awkward spaces.

Upon a recommendation through a different Century 21 branch in a different city I hired Craig. I previously had my home listed for close to a year with a different associate with a different brokerage. I let my listing expire, and feeling very frustrated, I contacted Craig to give the sale another go.
