It isn't our job to know exactly where they are going to come from it is our job to ensure your home is advertised where they are looking.
How do we do this?
Accurate Pricing. Yes, pricing is a vital part of marketing. If a can of Coke costs $20, you would drink Pepsi no matter how much you loved Coke. Our pricing system looks at your neighbourhood and your demographic (who is buying these homes, what is selling in this price range in other areas, etc). Together we will closely examine recent sales and active listings, in some cases taking into account the City Assessment and your expectant sale price.
Stunning Photographs: This is the most basic of marketing/advertising points whether you are selling a car, vacation or a home however in Real Estate so often this crucial step is ignored. Great photos capture the attention of potential buyers and are the foundation of our print, online and social marketing campaigns.
Dynamic Web Presence: Name 1 person who purchased a home in the past 3 years who did not look online; I can't. The days of waiting for the Friday newspaper with new listings and the Open House schedule are in the distant past.

Custom Show Sheets:Too many Realtors use black and white one sheets when showing a property that give the buyer nothing to remember a home by. Our 4 page listing brochures are gorgeous with large, colour photos along with the property information to ensure potential buyers leave your home with something to remember it by (click below to see pdf examples).
Open Houses, Private Showings & Our Private Database: The bottom line is that Open Houses work. Are they fun? Kind of. Is there something else I would rather be doing on Saturday and Sunday afternoon? Probably. Our job is to get your home sold one way or another. On average we sell about $2 Million worth of Real Estate per year as a direct result of open houses.
Social Media (don't laugh): Facebook and Instagram probably aren't going to take the place of Realtor.ca or Open Houses but it is a great medium for us to expose our clients homes to a slightly different demographic. Our Social Media strategy is mostly to drive traffic to our listings and Open Houses through sponsored posts, geo-targeted ads and daily Real Estate related news and events.
