I started my career in 2006 in Vancouver. From that time until I moved to Calgary in 2012 I had the opportunity to mentor under and work with some of the premiere condo Realtors in North America while selling some amazing condos along the way. Working out of Century 21's Yaletown office it was exciting to be a part of such a dynamic time in our countries condo culture.
When I moved to Calgary in 2012 we took the strategies and tactics we used in Vancouver and applied them to the Calgary condo market, this is when we developed the idea of Exceptional Home Marketing Regardless of Price Point. I never understood why condos didn't receive the same marketing efforts as detached home and decided it was on is to do something about it.
