I would highly recommend Craig Ruston and team. I did five interviews before finalizing on Craig for his honesty, marketing and pricing strategy, but he offers a lot more than that. Virtual tour, photos were top notch which made a difference. Even though my initial plan was to sell my house first and then buy, due to COVID and family circumstances it had to change. Craig was very understanding and supportive. For the buy in each of house viewing he was always prepared and his extensive knowledge helps. End to end Craig is a thorough professional. I have already recommended him to a couple of friends, would happily do it to anyone looking for a awesome realtor to work with during stressful house sale or buying.
